Q	Are i~lash designer training courses officially recognised?
A	Yes. BABTAC, Professional Beauty Direct & The Guild Of Professional Beauty Therapists have approved and recognised the i~lash designer training course.

Q	I just want to buy lashes and consumables because i am having difficulty in obtaining high quality products and/or i am being overcharged by my current supplier. Can you help?
A	ABX Beauty Products have a huge range of high quality lashes and consummables at extremely competitive prices. All these items can be purchased online in the online shop.

Q	What parts of the UK do i-lash cover for eyelash extension product supply and training ?
A	We cover all of mainland UK for both eyelash extension product supply and training with no additional charges. We offer one on one, regional and in salon training options.

Q	Are i-lash designer systems and training available internationally?
A	We have received numerous approaches from outwith the UK and have appointed official distributors in several countries. If you are interested in distributing out products internationally please contact us.

Q	I employ several therapists. Do i have to buy an i-lash system for every one of them?
A	No! We can supply any number of i~lash lash extension systems and train any number of therapists. So for example if you wish to buy one system and train 4 therapists to use it that is absolutely fine. Additional therapists, provided they are all trained at the same time, are charged at a reduced fee. Please contact us for further information.

Q	Why cant I just learn the techniques off a DVD?
A	The eyelash extension procedure is highly skilled and in our opinion any company which offers "lashes, glue and a dvd kit" does not understand the treatment. For example..It might be possible to learn the basics of how to drive a car having watched a DVD but would you actually go and drive on the public highway having had NO one on one tuition.... NO hands on practical experience overseen by an experienced instructor? So would you be willing to work millimetres from your clients eyes with at best only partial knowledge gained from a DVD? Eyelash extensions MUST only be carried out by professionally trained technicians or not at all! Do not risk your hard earned good reputation!

Q	Why do i-lash offer different thicknesses of lash extensions as well as different lengths and colours?
A	To allow i-lash designers to achieve the look their clients desire. From a very natural effect to a very dramatic effect and every effect in between! The only method you can use to achieve a natural look is by using different thicknesses as well as different lengths. Another benefit of the i-lash training programme.

Q	I have bought an eyelash extension kit from another company without training/ with poor quality training and I cannot master the techniques/ the lash extensions keep falling off. Can ABX BEauty help?

Q	Can I wear mascara?
A	Yes but only use special formula i~lash volume mascara. Other mascaras will affect the bond and cause the lash extension to fall out prematurely. i~lash also offer special formula clear and black coatings which provide additional protection to the i~lash extension and the bond. These high performance products are available from your i~lash designer or online from ABX Beauty Products.

Q	Can I remove them?
A	As our own eyelashes naturally shed so will the eyelash extension. It is advisable to have a full removal every 2/3mths and a new set applied in order to keep them looking neat. This must be done by your ilash designer as removing eyelash extensions incorrectly will very likely damage your existing eyelashes.

Q	How can I be sure about the quality of i~lash designer eyelash extensions?
A	All of our products are extensively researched and tested before going on sale.
